    Day 1

    CUSCO – ABRA MÁLAGA – SANTA MARIA

    Cusco

    We start our adventure early in the morning in Cusco; we pick you up from your hotel around 6 am. We drive you through the incredible Sacred Valley of the Incas. Passing the native village of Chinchero with incredible views of the Vilcabamba and Vilcanota mountain range and enjoying the panoramic views of the small villages in the sacred valley, after 2 hours of driving we stop in the Inca village of Ollantaytambo to take advantage of our last shopping while having breakfast on each passenger's account. Then we continue driving the car to the pass of Abra Malaga.

    At this point we will start cycling down to the town of Santa Maria at 1430m 4691ft. In Abra Malaga, you will get all the cycling equipment and also a cycling training to ensure the triumphant arrival to the town of Santa Maria. The cycling starts high in the Andes with the majestic view of the snow-capped Veronica. Cycle down from Abra Malaga to the Inca site of Huamanmarca to have lunch and explore the small Inca ruins of Huamanmarca. Afterwards, we return to the car to reach Santa Maria.

    In Santa Maria for rafting on the white river in the afternoon for a total of 2 hours (15 minutes of safety briefing and equipment for each participant, 60 minutes of rafting on the river, 40 minutes of return to Santa Maria). You will have the opportunity to enjoy the view of the beautiful scenery. Once in Santa Maria, you will go to the lodge to take a shower and relax. In the evening dinner at the village restaurant.

    SANTA MARIA – QUELLOMAYO – SANTA TERESA

    Our trekking day begins with an energetic breakfast at the restaurant around 6:00 am. Today is one of the highlights of the whole adventure. We start walking along the car route for about 45 minutes. Then we enter the original Inca trail that served to connect Machu Picchu with Vilcabamba considered the last Inca capital. On the way, we appreciate many plantations of bananas, coca, cassava, coffee, etc.. 3 hours walk along the original Inca trail with magnificent views of the Vilcanota valley and panoramic views of the hills covered in a different type of jungle plantations.

    We stop in the village of Quellomayo for lunch a nice place to have lunch in one of the local restaurants after lunch you can rest or walk around. Afterwards, we continue hiking along the Vilcanota River 3.5 hours of walking to reach the hot springs of Colcamayo.

    The hot springs of Colcamayo. This natural and open-air hot spring is great for a muscle relaxation after the hike you can spend a couple of hours in the hot springs before continuing the hike to Santa Teresa. After 45 minutes of hiking from the hot springs, we arrive in Santa Teresa. Overnight in Santa Teresa at the lodge and dinner at the local restaurant.

    SANTA TERESA – HIDROELECTRICA – AGUAS CALIENTES

    The day starts by waking you up around 6:30 am, so you can have breakfast, and after breakfast, around 8:00 am, the zipline company will pick you up to take you to the zipline base where you will have all the information to do the zipline. The activity lasts about 2 hours to do 04 different cables and then the suspension bridge. After that, you will take a car for one hour to Hidroelectrica.

    We arrive at Hidroeléctrica to have lunch, then we will walk 3 hours to the town of Aguas Calientes by train.

    Aguas Calientes

    Once you arrive in Aguas Calientes, we take you to the hotel, and around 7:00 pm, you will have dinner at the restaurant, and then, you go to sleep. The next day, you wake up early because a visit to one of the wonders of Machu Picchu awaits you.

    MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

    Machu Picchu

    On the last day of the tour you will visit Machu Picchu. You need to wake up around 4:00 am to prepare for the hike to the main entrance of Machu Picchu. After taking your breakfast packet you start walking to the Puente Ruinas checkpoint for 30 minutes which is open at 5:00 am where you have to show your passport and your Machu Picchu tickets. After passing the first checkpoint, you will walk up the stairs for an hour to the main gate of Machu Picchu to be there around 6:00 am. Once everyone gathers at the gate, you enter Machu Picchu for the 2.5 hour guided tour to learn all about The Lost City of the Incas.

    Cusco

    After the guided tour you will have free time to explore the town of Aguas Caliente, then we will return to Cusco in the afternoon.
