Day 1
Arrival to Cusco

Upon your arrival at Cusco airport, our Machupicchu Latin America guide will meet you and transferred to your hotel in our private transport. After check in, our guide will brief you and check any details regarding the following day activities and answer any questions you may still have. The balance of the day is all yours at leisure.

After breakfast at your hotel, we will pick you up from your hotel lobby between 7:40 to 8:00am in our transport and drive you from Cusco passing through Saqsayhuaman & Tambomachay.

Manos De La Comunidad
Here we will stop shortly to visit and see the Llamas, Alpacas, Vicuñas and learn about the weaving skills and we will have a chance to get some souvenirs even made from the famous Baby Alpaca.

Parque Arqueologico Pisac
Then continue descend 1500 ft. toward the Sacred Valley arriving at the village of Pisac and drive up to the Pisac Inca site to have stunning views over the valley. Here you can appreciate temples, residences, altars, channels and learn about the Incan agricultural methods shared by our Machupicchu Latin America expert guides.

Pisac Market
Then we can stop shortly at the town of Pisac and visit its typical market and get some local souvenirs.

Urubamba
After this beautiful visit, we will stop in Urubamba to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch (not included).

Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo
After lunch, we continue our journey to Ollantaytambo where we will visit this amazing Inca site, which is an area of important Inca constructions, built during the Incan times. This is an extraordinary Inca citadel where we will find an amazing rock formation representing the Inca god Wiracocha.

Ollantaytambo
Finally, we will take you to the train station located in Ollantaytambo and board the Inca Rail Machupicchu train to Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu town). This train journey allow you to appreciate the fascinating scenery along the sacred Vilcanota River.

Aguas Calientes
Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes train station, you will be welcomed by our hotel staff and Machupicchu Latin America guide who will assist, take you to the hotel and brief you all concerning for the next day guided tour.

Day 3
Machupicchu guided tour - Cusco

Machu Picchu
After breakfast at your hotel, our guide will pick you up between 5:30 to 5:45am and take you to the bus station to board the bus and take a short ride up to the main entrance gate of Machupicchu, once in Machupicchu we will start the Waynapicchu hike this hike takes between 1.5 to 2 hours up and down. From the top you will enjoy the best panoramic views and take many pictures about Machupicchu. Once we are done with Waynapicchu we will begin a unique experience by exploring one of the New Seven Wonders of the World accompanied with our professional Machupicchu Latin America tour guide who will share with you all his knowledge about the Incan history, traditions and more that surrounds this mysterious and enigmatic Inca citadel. Once the guided tour is over, board the bus down to Aguas Calientes for Lunch (not Included) and enjoy some extra time at the town to get some local souvenirs .

Aguas Calientes
We will be boarding the train around 2:00pm at the train station located in Aguas Calientes after the visit of Machupicchu. The train will be departing at 2:30pm to the next train station located in Olantaytambo.

Ollantaytambo
On your arrival at Ollantaytambo train station by 4:00pm our transport will be waiting for you and drive you back to Cusco.

We will be arriving in Cusco around 6:00pm and we will drop of you to your hotel.

Day 4
Rainbow Mountain hike

Cusipata
Today, very early in the morning (approx 4:00 am) our guide and our driver will pick up you from your hotel. We will drive you for about 1.5 hours to the southern are of Cusco until Cusipata District, here we will have a short stop for breakfast.

Vinicunca Mountain
After breakfast, we will continue our journey for another hour to Fulawasipata (4660m.a.s.l.). From here, we will begin our hike and hike for approximately 2-hour ascent to the highest point of the Rainbow Mountain or Vinicunca (5200m.a.s.l.). Along the way we get the opportunity to observe diverse South American camelid species like alpacas, llamas and vicunas. After reaching the red hill or colina roja you will have some free time to rest and enjoy the most impressive landscapes and picture it's imposing colors: red, pink, turquoise and yellow. And then, we will start the descent back to Fulawasipata (Starting point or parking area), once here we will board our transport and drive for about an hour and stop again at Cusipata District for lunch.

Day 5
Humantay Lagoon hike

Mollepata
Today, very early in the morning (approx 4:00 am) our guide and our driver will pick up you from your hotel. We will drive you for about 2 hours to Mollepata, our first stop of the day for breakfast.

Humantay Lake
After breakfast, we will drive around 50 more minutes until Soraypanpa where our hike will start. From here we will be hiking for about 1.5 hours to the Humantay Laggon and enjoy amazing views of the landscapes, glaciers and the beautifukl and colorful Humantay lagoon. Later, we will hike down for about 1.5 hours to Soraypampa where we will board our transport back to Mollepata for lunch.

Mollepata
Here we will stop for Lunch and then we will drive you back to Cusco for about 2 hours.
