If your accommodation is located outside our designated pickup area, in a remote location, or in an area with limited vehicle access, we will arrange the nearest convenient meeting point or, where available, offer a private pickup service at an additional cost.

After booking, our operations team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your pickup location and time, review your travel details, and coordinate your personalized itinerary. Please be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
