    Day 1

    CUSCO - MOLLEPATA - LAGUNA de HUMANTAY - SORAYPAMPA.

    Humantay Lake

    Pick up from your Hotel in Cusco (05:00 am). Our tourist transport will take us to the town of Mollepata (2800 m. / 9,186 feet) After 3 hours approx. We will arrive there for breakfast and meet with our team, who will accompany us during our walk. After breakfast we will continue to the Challacancha sector. Where we will begin our walk along the Inca canal, we will have approximately 3 hours crossing beautiful landscapes to the Soraypampa camp. (3800 masl). Upon arriving in Soraypampa we will enjoy our delicious lunch. After that we will ascend to the famous Lake Humantay (4,220 masl -1 hour-30 minutes approx.). After appreciating this beautiful place we will descend to the Soraypampa camp. 1st camp

    SORAYPAMPA - CHAULLAY.

    After breakfast, we will begin our hike for approximately 4 to 5 hours ascending to the highest pass (4650 m / 15,255 ft) and we will be able to appreciate the most impressive views of Salkantay Mountain (6272 m / 20,577 ft). After descending to lunch place from there, we will continue to see the spectacular Humantay and Huayanay mountains. Then we will enter the cloud forest and our second camp in Chaullay (2950 m / 9,678 feet), the subtropical forest area. It is the most difficult day but you will have a great experience. 21 km approx.

    CHAULLAY - BEACH - SANTA TERESA

    After our delicious breakfast, we begin our walk to Sahuayaco-La Playa. On the way we will enjoy a beautiful subtropical jungle and we will be able to observe coffee plantations, bananas and other fruits, including some beautiful orchids depending on the season. We will make a brief stop for lunch in Sahuayaco or La Playa and then continue our trip to the city of Santa Teresa, our third camp on this day, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the best thermal baths, highly recommended.

    SANTA TERESA - AGUAS CALIENTES

    Early in the morning after our breakfast we will continue walking towards the Machupicchu Hydroelectric. Here we will have two options to take the train or walk 3 more hours to reach the town of Aguas Calientes or Machupicchu Pueblo where we will spend the night in a hotel. On the other hand this day we have one of the optional but recommended activities is the Zip Line or Zip Line, activity that takes place after breakfast.

    HOT WATERS - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

    Breakfast at our hotel, we will take one of the first buses to Machu Picchu. In the control we will present our original identification (Passport) and our entrance ticket, to visit the Inca city of Machupicchu. The tour with our guide usually takes about 3 hours approx. Then you will have free time to visit and explore Machupicchu or visit the Huaynapicchu mountain. Finishing our tour in Machupicchu, we will return to the town of Aguas Calientes to take the train back to Ollantaytambo and then transport us to the city of Cusco.
