We will pick you up from your Cusco hotel between 3 AM and 7 AM. We will let you know the exact pickup time 24 hours before your tour. A private van will then take you to the Poroy Train Station.

You will enjoy the beautiful landscape of the high Andes and views of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, surrounded by fields of crops and lush vegetation, high mountains with glaciers, archaeological sites and indigenous communities. We will cross the Vilcanota River, also called Urubamba River. From Pachar, we will continue following the direction of the river to the town of Aguas Calientes, on the way we will appreciate the daily life of the Andean people and the jungle vegetation on a 4 hours drive to the town of Aguas Calientes.

3Aguas Calientes
We arrive in Aguas Calientes where our staff will be waiting for you and he will guide you to comfortable accommodation. After lunch, you will have free time to explore the surrounding natural landscapes.

4Aguas Calientes
Today is an important day because you will explore Machu Picchu, one of the 7 Wonders of The World. The Machu Picchu sanctuary is open from 6:00 am. We will start with breakfast at our hotel and our guide will explain the restrictions of Machu Picchu. We will take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu park.

5Machu Picchu
Then we need to have entrance tickets to Machu Picchu and a personal passport. Once we enter the Inca city, we have a 3-hour guide in Machu Picchu. Machu Picchu Park was declared as a World Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.this important arqueological park was built by the Inca Pachaquteq around 1450. Admire the architecture and the Inca hydraulic engineering and important sites of the archaeological center.

6Aguas Calientes
After we visit Machu Picchu, we board our bus back to Aguas Calientes, so you can enjoy lunch in one of the good restaurants in Machu Picchu. Make sure to arrive at the train station 30 minutes before and board our train to Ollantaytambo.

In Ollantaytambo, our representative will be waiting for you to take our 2-hour transport back to Cusco.
