You'll receive an invoice with a secure payment link. This mileage surcharge is in addition to the base Logan to Boston fee paid through Viator, and is due at the time of booking.

What to expect
ALL PICKUPS AT LOGAN AIRPORT WILL BE IN DESIGNATED LIMO PICKUP AREAS.
MASSACHUSETTS PORT AUTHORITY REGULATIONS REQUIRE DRIVERS TO STAY WITH THEIR VEHICLE. YOU WILL NOT BE MET INSIDE THE TERMINAL.
Terminal A
After baggage claim, exit the terminal to the Arrivals (ground) level and walk outside. Cross the roadway and follow signs to the designated Limo pickup located across from the curb.
Terminal B
After baggage claim, go upstairs to the Departure level, Limo pickup is located between doors B-205 and B-208.
Terminal C
After baggage claim, follow signs to the Central Parking Garage. Take the elevator to the ground-level, then proceed to the designated Limo pickup area.
Terminal E
Exit the terminal at the Arrivals (ground) level and walk out the doors. Cross the roadway and follow signs toward the designated limo pickup located a short walk to the right of the terminal curb.
Drivers aren’t allowed inside the terminals, and are required to remain with their vehicle, so being aware of your pickup point is key.
If you’re delayed in customs or luggage, it’s best to text your driver so they can time their arrival with Logan’s strict pickup rules. Cell phone reception is poor at Logan, so text is generally preferred.
Look for purple “Limo” signs and your vehicle will have a sign with your name for easy identification.
