    Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm The Wilderness First Responder (WFR) is an international certification in first aid for remote areas, designed for guides, rescuers, and adventurers. It is the most comprehensive course for wilderness first aid, preparing participants to handle medical and trauma emergencies when access to hospitals is limited or delayed.

    May 22, 2026: Huaraz – Indoor Climbing Wall – Technical review and operational fundamentals

    Departure: 2:00 am Comprehensive rescue simulation with stretcher from the summit, glacier and rock descent, arrival at evacuation base, and helicopter extraction in the Punta Olímpica area, one of the most strategic in the range. Official closing at 8:00 pm in Huaraz, with certificate ceremony, presence of local authorities, and joint evaluation of the learnings.
