We offer hotel pickup and drop-off services from Cusco, Ollantaytambo, or Urubamba. Please be ready in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. If your accommodation is located outside these areas, we will coordinate a nearby and convenient meeting point (e.g., Cusco's Plaza de Armas). Please provide your hotel name and address when booking for seamless coordination.
The meeting point is the main square of Cusco, in front of the central fountain. Travelers can easily reach the Plaza de Armas by walking from most hotels in the historic center (5–10 minutes). For those staying farther away, local taxis can drop you off directly at the square entrance.
