Pickup Information
We offer complimentary pickup from hotels located in Cusco’s historic center, including hotels near the Plaza de Armas. If your accommodation is outside this area, we will coordinate a convenient nearby meeting point.
Please make sure you are ready 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
The team will be easily identifiable by a Machupicchu Exploration sign with your name.
For pickups from the airport, bus stations, or other districts, please contact us in advance so we can coordinate an additional transportation service.
Please make your way to the main fountain located in the center of Cusco’s Plaza de Armas, directly below the statue of the Inca. It is the largest and most visible fountain in the square, right in front of Cusco Cathedral. You will also receive a message with detailed meeting-point instructions
What to expect
After arriving in Aguas Calientes, we’ll take the bus up to the entrance of the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu.
Your guided tour then begins, taking you to fascinating highlights such as the Temple of the Sun, the Guardhouse, the Temple of the Three Windows, the Ceremonial Fountains, and the Agricultural Terraces. You’ll also have time to enjoy the iconic panoramic views and capture unforgettable photos.
Throughout the visit, our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating stories about Machu Picchu’s history, architecture, culture, and spiritual significance.
After exploring this incredible Wonder of the World, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes and take the train back to Cusco.
