    Day 1

    Cusco-Santa Maria

    We pick you up at the hotel lobby. You take the tourist bus toward Abra Málaga (approx. 3 hrs). We give you 1 bicycle and you get ready to start the route to Huamanmarca. We travel 34 mi. (55 km) by bicycle to the Archaeological Center of Huamanmarca (3 hrs). At the end of your bicycle trip, we will take you on a tourist transport to Santa María. You have lunch at the hostel in Santa Maria to replenish your energy. We drive you to the starting point of the rafting. You enjoy the rafting adventure on the Urubamba River (1 hr). You enjoy a delicious local dinner at the lodge and prepare to rest and be ready and energized for the next day.

    Santa Maria - Santa Teresa

    You eat a good breakfast in Santa Maria. We take you to the start of the trek through the jungle brow (15min). Hike to Santa Teresa, passing through remains of the Inca Trail (4 hrs). You enjoy a replenishing lunch in Quillomayo. After this we will have the zipline activity full of adrenaline. After, we walk a few minutes until we get to one of the higlits of our experience: the thermal baths of Cocalmayo. You enjoy the thermal baths for 1 hr 30 min. You end your journey arriving in Santa Teresa (20 min). We arrive at the Santa Teresa lodge in time for dinner. We spend the night at the lodge.

    Santa Teresa - Aguas Calientes

    You eat a good breakfast in Santa Teresa. We will hike a mountain and reach the archeological site of Llactapata, from where we have a view of Machu Picchu in the horizon. Walk to Hydroelectric and it's time for lunch. We start the walk toward Aguas Calientes (3 hrs). Once in Aguas Calientes, you go to your lodging to register. You will have free time to walk around the town of Aguas Calientes. The guide will meet with you to explain tomorrow's activities. You eat dinner at a local restaurant and share your experiences. You spend the night at your lodging in Aguas Calientes

    Machu Picchu and return to Cusco

    Machu Picchu

    You reach the entrance to Machu Picchu choosing between 2 options: By bus (20 min, optional extra) Walking (1:30 hrs). You arrive at the Machu Picchu entrance where the guide waits for you. The bilingual guide will tell you the secrets and history of the Machu Picchu ruins while you walk around its different stone areas and enjoy the landscapes (3 hrs). We visit the Mountain or Huayna Picchu (optional extra). You go back downhill to Aguas Calientes choosing between 2 options: Taking the bus (20 min, optional extra) Walking (approx. 1 hour). You start the walk back to Hydroelectric (approx 3 hours). You return by private transportation from Hydroelectric to Cusco (7 hours). You also have the option of returning by train. You arrive in downtown Cusco
