When we pick you up from the Hotel please wait inside the Lobby area of your Hotel. Our driver will enter the Hotel and look for you.
Please make sure to be on time as the driver will do the same. It makes sense to be available inside the Lobby at least 10 minutes before the estimated pick up time.
