09:45 – 11:45 | Journey to the Q’eswachaka Bridge. It will take about an hour to reach the last Inca bridge from the Pabellones Volcano Viewpoint. 11:45 – 12:45 | Tour of the Q’eswachaka Bridge. Once we arrive at our destination, the guide will give you all the information about this hand-built bridge, which is renovated annually by the communities of the region. This tradition has been strongly practiced for over 600 years, and today it is a symbol of unity and honor of their roots. Before ending our visit, we will have a moment to rest to enjoy our ‘box lunch’, our provided lunch, and then continue our tour to the Q’arañahui Caves, located a few kilometers from Quehue.
1:15 pm – 2:45 pm | Visit to the Q’arañahui Caves. Nature is the most patient artist and the Q’arañahui Caves are, without a doubt, an example of this definition. This is a group of caves with curious formations that resemble pumas, condors, sheep and much more. It is also believed that these natural caves may have been an important place for the locals. At the end of the tour, we will return to our tourist transport to visit the 4 lagoons in the region.
2:45pm – 3:15pm | Tour of the 4 Lagoons. Finally, we will stop to admire the local fauna and the beautiful natural landscape that comprises these 4 lagoons, a beautiful spectacle that will renew our energy before continuing on our way to Cusco.
3:15pm – 5:45pm | Return to Cusco. After a day full of history, culture and natural wonders, it’s time to return to Cusco. Our team will drop you off at your accommodation when we arrive in the so-called Imperial City.
