    Start of the unforgettable adventure on the Inca trail

    Cusco

    Our tour will start in the city of Cusco, picking you up from your hotel at 06:00 am. Together with your guide and our tourist transport, you will go to the Ollantaytambo train station. Here you will board your expedition class train, this trip will last approximately 1:30 hrs, on board you will appreciate the mountains and glaciers of the Sacred Valley of the Incas. After an hour, the landscape will have a radical change as we enter through the tropical forests and arrive at km 104, where our starting point to the Inca trail is located.

    Winay Wayna

    Before starting the walk, we will access the main control point with our personal documentation and tickets that our company had previously organized. The hike will start to visit an archaeological site called Chachabamba and will have a moderate climb with an exuberant biodiversity, especially flora, since in this area there are many endemic orchids and fern species. After a few hours we will arrive at another archaeological site called Wiñay wayna in which your expert guide will explain better about its ancient function.

    Aguas Calientes

    We will continue our trek and we will arrive at the last camp of the trekkers of the Inca trail of 4 days, continuing with our adventure; This part of the trail is easier until reaching Inti Punku (Puerta del Sol). At this point we will have the first view of the Citadel of Machu Picchu. After taking our photos, we will continue for another 40 minutes downhill until we reach Machu Picchu and visit it. Finally, our walk ends and we will board our bus to the city of Aguas Calientes, where you will stay in a 3-star hotel.

    Guided visit to Machupicchu and train trip back to Cuzco

    Machu Picchu

    We advise starting this day very early in the morning for several reasons: to have the opportunity to see the sunrise in the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, to take the famous postcard photo of the citadel without many people inside, and also to avoid long Lines to get to Machu Picchu. Once in the Inca citadel, you will have a tour of all the most important streets and points knowing the history with your private guide around 2:30 hrs. After finishing the tour, you will board the bus with our guide to Aguas Calientes where the train station is located and then you will have enough time for lunch (not included), and then you will take the train according to the schedule established for the Ollantaytambo train station. From here, our driver will pick you up in our private transport and take you to the city of Cusco, directly to your hotel.
