    • A representative of Runas Trip Peru will be waiting for you the day of your arrival in Cusco at the airport to take you to your respective hotel. • We'll have the morning off. • Our city tour starts at 14:00hrs from the gate of Cusco Cathedral, our first point to visit is the temple of the sun or Qoricancha, considered an indigenous religious sanctuary, where we will appreciate the very fine work of lithic technology carried out by the Incas, with the highest level of cutting in hard stone without being able to insert a sheet of paper and which despite the earthquakes remain stable to date.

    Parque Arqueologico Pisac

    Our first stop will be Pisaq, located approximately 2,972 m above sea level, where we will visit its impressive archaeological center, famous for its agricultural terraces, ceremonial enclosures and the Intihuatana (Inca sun clock). Then we will tour the traditional artisan market, renowned for its variety of textiles, ceramics and silver works made by local artisans.

    Afterwards, we will head towards Urubamba, considered the heart of the Sacred Valley, where we will enjoy a buffet lunch with the most representative flavors of Andean cuisine, including local products such as quinoa, native potatoes and corn.

    Ollantaytambo

    In the afternoon, we will visit the fortress of Ollantaytambo, one of the most important and well-preserved archaeological complexes of the Inca Empire. This strategic site functioned as a military, agricultural and religious center, and stands out for its huge, perfectly assembled stone blocks and monumental terraces. In addition, the town retains to this day its original Inca urban layout. Finally, we will board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Pueblo) according to the reserved schedule. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and overnight in Aguas Calientes, preparing for the visit to Machu Picchu the next day.

    • This great day begins with breakfast at the hotel, then we will board a bus to reach the citadel of Machu Picchu, upon arrival we will have a guided tour of about three hours as well as enough time to take photos. • At the end of the tour in Machu Picchu we will go down to the town in a bus, upon arrival we will direct you to a good restaurant where you will have a lunch included. • In the afternoon we will board the return train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, then a transport to Cusco to leave you at your respective hotel.

    HUMANTAY LAGOON

    • Our tour starts between 4:00 and 4:30hrs with the pick up from your respective hotel, then we head towards Mollepata by trip of 2h30min, on arrival we will have an American breakfast included and we can also do the last minute shopping. • Then we will continue our journey until we reach Soraypampa (3,900msnm/12,795ft.), once we arrive we will get ready and start the hike for 1h40min to the Humantay Lagoon (4,200msnm/13,779ft.), (Those who do not wish to walk can opt for the horse option.) • Upon arrival we will have enough time to enjoy the breathtaking scenery offered by the snowy Humantay by its lagoon of the same name, as well as time for the explanation of the guide and taking photographs. • After the aforementioned experience we will return to Soraypampa where mobility awaits us to return to Mollepata, we will have a comfort lunch included and after lunch we will return to Cusco.

    SALT MINES OF MARAS – MORAY

    • Our tour starts between 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. with the pick up from your hotel, then we go to the sacred valley, to see the circular terraces of Moray which is considered an Inca agricultural laboratory. • Later we go to the salt mines of Maras, where we will appreciate more than 3000 pools of salt mines suitable for human consumption, we will learn how our ancestors transmitted their knowledge from generation to generation until today, we will also have time to buy from the residents the different types of salt they make. • Finally we will return to Cusco arriving at 2:30 p.m., our tour ends near the main square of Cusco.

    • Our tour starts with the pickup from your hotel between 4:00 to 4:30, to head south to Cusco until we reach Cusipata where we will have an American breakfast included, then continue our trip until we reach a community called Phulawasipata, we will get ready and start the hike to the Mountain of colors (5,080msnm/16,666ft.), for about 1h40min (Those who do not want to walk can take horse options). • When you reach the Mountain of Colors (5,080msnm/16,666ft.), you will have enough time for the informative part and the photographs. • After the aforementioned experience we will return to Phulawasipata where transport awaits us to return to Cusipata where we will have a comforting lunch included and finally return to Cusco.
