Gain insight into the famous Sistine Chapel of the Americas "Andahuaylillas", the pre-Inca site of Piquillacta and the irrigation temple of Tipon.     The Southern Valley of Cusco is full of interesting pre-Inca and Inca sites and cultures. Once picked up from your hotel in the center of Cusco between 8:30am and 9:00am, we will go and discover the beautiful temple of Tipon, where the Incas constructed an impressive irrigation system in beautiful surrounded nature.

    Thereafter we will stop at the Pre-Inca site of Pikillacta, which was built by the Wari culture before the Incas. This site was the village of the Wari people and your guide will explain you histories and myths of this culture.

    See the spectacular church of Andahuaylillas, the Sistine Chapel of the Americas, with its beautiful decorations made by local artists. Here you can appreciate art from the Cusco region, detailed embroideries and carved alters. At the end of the tour you will be transferred back to the center of Cusco around 3:00pm.
