What to expect

Join a fun and immersive Peruvian cooking class in Cusco, ideal for all ages and skill levels, led by a local chef. Begin by making a shopping list and walking to the central local market to select fresh ingredients, learning about seasonal fruits and local culinary traditions along the way.

Back at the kitchen, participate hands-on in preparing a full menu featuring four authentic dishes—such as Ceviche, Lomo Saltado, and Chocotejas—plus the iconic pisco sour cocktail (or lemonade for children and non-alcoholic preferences).

You’ll receive personalized guidance, with menu accommodations available for vegetarians or those with specific dietary requirements. The experience lasts about three hours, ending with a shared meal of the dishes you cooked—the perfect opportunity to savor your creations and enjoy the taste of Peru in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
