More than a hike, this experience combines nature, well-being, and Andean culture in an archaeological setting near Cusco. He will walk consciously through Inkiltambo, perform gentle breathing and yoga exercises, learn the meaning of Pachamama, the Apus, and Ayni, and participate in a guided traditional offering. Everything is designed to live an intimate, respectful, and meaningful experience, connecting the body, nature, and the living culture of the Andes.

Pickup and return are included from hotels and accommodations located within the city of Cusco. For accommodations outside of Cusco, the service can be arranged with prior coordination and an additional cost depending on the location.

What to expect

After picking up at your accommodation in Cusco, we will head to Inkiltambo, where we will begin a mindful hike through a natural and archaeological environment. During the tour, we will do gentle breathing exercises, connection with the landscape, and a brief practice of Andean yoga and stretching.
Then he will learn the meaning of Pachamama, the Apus, and the principle of reciprocity or Ayni within the Andean worldview. Along with an Andean master, he will participate in the preparation of a traditional offering using coca leaves, flowers, seeds, and other symbolic elements.
The experience includes a moment of reflection and gratitude alongside the natural environment of Inkiltambo. At the end, we will have a conscious closing and return to Cusco.
