Throughout the route, the difficulty varies from moderate to challenging, which is mainly due to the altitude that exceeds 5000 meters. We recommend that you spend a day or two in Cusco to acclimatize before joining one of our tours.

1Cusco
This adventure starts at 4:00 am. We will pick you up from the door of your accommodation in our transport and we will go for 3 hours to the South of Cusco. On the way you will have time to sleep a little more thanks to the comfortable transportation.

2Cusipata
Along the way, we will observe beautiful high Andean towns, agricultural platforms from the Inca era, Valle Fértiles and beautiful broken mountains. We will stop to appreciate the herds of llamas and alpacas that will entertain you and then in the town of Cusipata have a delicious breakfast that will give you the impulse and strength you need to start the walk.

3Vinicunca Mountain
Then we will continue traveling until we reach Phulawasipata, where we will begin our 1 hour and 30 minute walk until we reach the highest point of the Rainbow Mountain, during this journey we will have the opportunity to see the different varieties of South American camelids, birds and landscapes. beautiful. Arrived at the Mountain of 7 Colors. Take your time to admire the amazing beauty of this impressive natural formation and feel the emotion of witnessing a unique natural site. You will explore the surroundings a bit and admire the impressive landscape while the guide explains the theories that exist about the origin of this mountain that seems taken from a colorful dream. Take this opportunity to take some amazing photos or just soak in the scenery. We will spend around 30 minutes to an hour at the top, depending on how fast you hiked and the weather conditions. Afterwards, we will continue with our return walk to the starting point, then we will go by tourist transport to Cusipata, where we will enjoy a delicious lunch included in the tour.

Finally we will board our transport to return to the city of Cusco. We will leave you at the door of your accommodation so that you can rest after an incredible day.
