Day 1

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco early in the morning. After boarding our private vehicle, our adventure to the Manu National Park will start.

After leaving Cusco city, we will drive for some hours through the Andes mountains. Then, we will stop to have breakfast. Afterwards, we will continue our trip to Acjanaco, located at 4,000 meters (13,123 feet) above sea level. After passing Acjanaco, we will enter the Manu National Park. You will start to notice the cloud forests located along the road.

Manu National Park
Then we will arrive at Atalaya Port, where we will board a motor boat to travel to our rainforest lodge. Once there, our staff will transfer you to your room.

Day 2
Rainforest Lodge - Casa Machiguenga

We will leave the lodge early in the morning. You will have breakfast aboard our motor boat. Then, you will explore the shores of the Madre de Dios river.

You will be able to spot numerous species of animals, such as turtles, alligators, macaws, giant otters, and capybaras. Then, we will visit the Cocha Otorongo lake, a bird sanctuary.

Finally, we will arrive at our destination for the night: Casa Matsiguenka. This lodge sits in the heart of the rainforest. It offers a unique chance to spend a night in the midst of nature.

Day 3
Casa Machiguenga - Cocha Salvador - Casa Machiguenga

We will leave our lodge early in the morning. Then, we will visit the beautiful Cocha Salvador Lake aboard a catamaran. You will be able to spot giant otters swimming in the lake's waters, as well as monkeys jumping on the trees located near the lake's shores. We will also explore the rainforests located around Cocha Salvador. You will also have a guided tour during the sunset. Finally, we will return to Casa Machiguenga to spend the night.

We will leave the lodge early in the morning to travel by boat to Boca Manu.

Along the way, you will be able to appreciate the incredible scenery of the Manu National Park. You will spot numerous animals swimming in the river's waters. Once at Boca Manu, we will navigate on the Alto Madre de Dios river to finally arrive at the Palotoa river.

Once on the Palotoa river, we will board a smaller boat to go to the Tree House Lodge, where you will spend the night.

We will leave our lodge early in the morning. Then, we will visit a local community.

As part of the day's activities, the locals will showcase their expertise with bows and arrows, a traditional hunting tool in the jungle. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to try your hand at it as well.
