After a 1-hour journey through the Andes mountain range, we'll arrive in Cusco. Once you collect your luggage, a member of our team will pick you up and transfer you to your hotel.
Around 2 pm approximately, we'll embark on our City Tour. We'll visit the Temple of the Sun, 'Qoricancha,' the most important and ancient Inca structure within the city, where you can currently appreciate the marvelous Inca architecture. Not wheelchair accessible
Next, from the outskirts of the city, you'll explore nearby ruins, starting with the impressive complex of Sacsayhuamán. One of the Inca constructions that astonishes visitors, which according to new hypotheses, might have been a highly important Incan ceremonial center rather than a fortress as previously believed. After our visit, we continue to Qenko, a ceremonial and ritual center known for its underground passages. Not wheelchair accessible
You'll also visit the essential sites of PukaPukara and Tambomachay, a place where water worship took place. Not wheelchair accessible
We will start the tour of the Sacred Valley by picking you up from your hotel around 7:50 am. We will then head up the Sacred Valley of the Incas, where we will visit the handicraft market of Pisac and its Inca Cemetery. Not wheelchair accessible
Afterward, we will have a buffet lunch in Urubamba, followed by a visit to the Ollantaytambo fortress in the afternoon. Ollantaytambo is one of the towns that still preserves its ancient architecture, with Inca streets and local people. Not wheelchair accessible
At approximately 4:00 PM, you will separate from the group and the transfer will take you to the train station to board the train that will take you to Aguas Calientes. Our staff will take you to your hotel, and you'll have free time to explore the town. In the evening, the guide will visit you and provide instructions for the following day's tour to the wonder of the world. Overnight in Aguas Calientes. Not wheelchair accessible
The guide will pick you up from your accommodation and transfer you to the CONSETUR bus station to ascend to the Inca citadel, a journey of approximately 30 minutes. You'll have a tour of the main sectors and temples of Machu Picchu, private guided for approximately 2 hours. Later, we'll return to the town of Aguas Calientes, where you can have lunch. In the afternoon, you will take the train back to Cusco (please arrive at the train station 30 minutes before your train's departure time). Upon arrival at the Ollantaytambo Train Station, we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco (a 1 hour and 30 minutes car ride). Not wheelchair accessible
Happy to have had an extraordinary adventure, it's time to say goodbye to Cusco. According to your flight itinerary, we'll pick you up from your hotel to take you to the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled flight.
