With our 4-day Inca Jungle Trek travel package to Machu Picchu, you will have the option of touring the high jungle of Cusco, with a descent from the Abra Málaga by bicycle, a 60km journey, then we will continue the journey on a walk to Santa Teresa.
We will be able to immerse ourselves in the hot springs of Colcamayo, and enjoy doing Canoeing and Rafting activities (additional cost).

At the end of the journey on the fourth day we can visit Machu Picchu, and then have the option of returning to Cusco by Train (Additional Cost) or returning by Hydroelectric

    Day 1

    Cusco - Abra Malaga - Santa Maria

    After receiving the instructions from our guide a day before, we will begin the big day of the tour from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with the pick up from your accommodation to take our tourist transport to the Sacred Valley route to reach Ollantaytambo. In Ollantaytambo, after a short rest, we will begin our trip to Abra Málaga (4350m) where we will prepare for our first great adventure in the high jungle of Cusco. Our guide reminds us of the safety precautions that we must take and the indications of the route that we will follow. He then hands us our cycling gear and we begin the descent on our mountain bikes. Our tour will be 60 km by mountain bike and will take us from Abra Málaga to the archaeological site of Huamammarca. Here we will return to the bus until we reach Santa María (1430 m) where we can have lunch. In the afternoon we can optionally go rafting on the Blanco River and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

    Santa Maria - Quellomayo - Santa Teresa

    On the second day of our 4-day trek from the Inca jungle to Machu Picchu, we will start with an energetic breakfast of products from the jungle around 4:00 am, and then we will begin our 45-minute walk along the ancient path original Inca that connects Machu Picchu with Vilcabamba. Inca trail that connects Machu Picchu with Vilcabamba. After about 3 hours of walking along a road surrounded by lush forests and beautiful landscapes of banana, coca, coffee and avocado plantations, we arrive at Quellomayo, a pleasant place to have lunch at one of the local restaurants and take a well-deserved rest. After replenishing our strength, we continue our three and a half hour walk to the hot springs of Cocalmayo, where we can take a revitalizing bath for tired muscles. After a few hours, we will start the last walk to Santa Teresa, where we will stay.

    Machu Picchu

    On this day we will do our last trek to Machu Picchu and finish our 4-day Inca Jungle Trek to Machu Picchu. And the opportunity to do Ziplining. In the morning we have breakfast and then we begin our journey through the valley, which leads us to Hidroeléctrica. From here we continue our way along the railway line very carefully until we reach Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). On the way we pass through the town of Mandor and we can see the first terraces that surround Machu Picchu, as well as the Hiram Bingham path that leads to the Inca citadel. Upon arrival at Machu Picchu Pueblo, we go to the hotel to rest and at the time indicated by our guide, we have the last dinner and receive the advice of our guide for the visit to Machu Picchu.

    Machu Picchu (Lost City of the Incas)

    Following our guide's instructions, we prepare for the start of the big day. After breakfast we will go to Machu Picchu (going up and down by bus if you wish) and we will follow the instructions of our guide. We will walk for 2 hours until we reach the entrance gate of Machu Picchu, where we will introduce ourselves to begin the guided tour of Machu Picchu. We will have a 3-hour tour according to the assigned itinerary, visiting the main palaces and temples. After the tour, you will have the option to visit Huaynapicchu or Mount Machu Picchu (previous reservation). After the visit, return to Machu Picchu Pueblo to have lunch and wait for the departure time of the train to Ollantaytambo and transportation by bus to Cusco, arrival time depending on the train schedule and entrance to Machu Picchu. (the option of return by train or bus according to the additional cost)
