You will cook 3 Peruvian courses and 2 cocktails. Our Peruvian Cooking, cocktails and market tour starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru ( super foods)
After that, we will walk to our bar studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco.
You will cook: peruvian tamal (quinoa), cebiche and causa limeña.

Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.

The cocktails and cooking experiences in Cusco are in the morning and in the afternoon.

What to expect

You will cook three traditional Peruvian courses and two cocktails.

The Peruvian Cooking Class, Cocktails, and Local Market Tour in Cusco begins at the San Pedro Market, where you’ll be introduced to a rich variety of traditional Peruvian ingredients, including different types of potatoes and more.

After the market tour, we’ll take you to our beautiful Cooking Studio located in the heart of Cusco, where you’ll enjoy a hands-on class led by our professional Peruvian chef and barman. You will learn to prepare three signature dishes: ceviche, causa limeña, and quinoa tamal, along with two nutritious and refreshing cocktails made with Peru’s most iconic ingredients, such as Pisco and native fruits.

By the end of the class, you'll have the skills to recreate these cocktails and dishes at home for your family and friends. You’ll also receive the recipes to take with you.
