Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco (03 courses and 02 cocktails) starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco.
After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco.

You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian.

Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.

What to expect

The vegan Cooking Class with Local Market Tour in Cusco starts at the San Pedro Market, where you’ll be introduced to a wide variety of ingredients, including Peru’s famous superfoods.

Then we will take you to our beautiful cooking studio, located in the center of Cusco, for a hands-on class where you’ll learn to prepare nutritious and healthy cocktails using our most representative ingredients, such as pisco and fresh fruits, under the guidance of our professional chef.

You will learn how to prepare ceviche, causa limeña, and quinoa tamal, all 100% vegan. You will then be able to recreate these cocktails and Peruvian dishes at parties in your own home.

At the end of the class, we will send you the recipes.
