Our Vegetarian Cooking Class in Cusco (03 courses and 02 cocktails) starts at San Pedro Market (door number 1), with a visit to this historical market. We will try some of the most exotic fruits of Peru and the traditional foods of Cusco.
After that, we will walk to our cooking - studio, a traditional house from 1930.
We start our experience preparing the most delicious cocktails with fresh fruits (bought in the local market we visited) and Pisco.

You will cook 03 main courses: Quinoa tamal, cebiche and causa limeña: 100% Vegetarian.

Our class is full hands on and you will take part in all the preparation.
After the class we will also send you the recepies, so then you can enjoy it with your family and friends.

What to expect

The vegan Cooking Class with local Market Tour in Cusco starts in San Pedro Market, where you’ll have an introduction to a great and diverse of ingredients: Peru Super Foods. Then, we will take you to our beautiful Cooking-Studio, located in the center of Cusco, where you’ll have a “hands-on” class, where you’ll learn to prepare nutritious and healthy cocktails using our most representative ingredients (Pisco and fruits) under the guidance of our Professional Chef. You will learn how to prepare cebiche, causa limeña and quinua tamal, 100% Vegan.
You will be able to prepare cocktails and Peruvian dishes at your parties in your home.
At the end of Class, we will send you the recipes.
