Embark on a journey through time along one of the most unconventional and fascinating routes in the Sacred Valley: Perolniyoc Falls and the Mystery of Ñaupa Church. This day tour is designed for those seeking to connect with pre-Hispanic history, Andean spirituality, and the majesty of nature in a peaceful and exclusive setting.
You will be picked up from your respective hotels to start the tour.
8:00 a.m. Pickup from the hotel. We will take a two-hour hike to the Perolniyoc archaeological site, a complex built by the ethnic groups that inhabited the Sacred Valley before the Incas. However, during the reign of Inca Pachacútec, the Incas adapted their typical architectural structures to the site.
We will also visit Perolniyoc Falls, which has a drop of over 70 meters, and then explore the Raqay Pata Archaeological Complex.
To conclude our tour, we will visit the Ñaupa Church, a very special huaca. This has been a place of worship for ancestors, a space for connection, as well as a site for astronomical events and rituals at specific times of the agricultural calendar.
