Our driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive for about 40 minutes through the hills to the meeting point. During the drive, you will receive information about the Eagle’s Nest and its history. At the large parking area, you will board a shared shuttle bus with approximately 40 people.
The shuttle then drives for about 20 minutes up the mountain to the brass elevator, which takes you directly to the Eagle’s Nest. At the top, you will enjoy stunning panoramic views and have time to take beautiful photos.

At Obersalzberg, your included ticket covers the official special bus ride up the mountain road to Eagle’s Nest. From there, take the historic brass elevator carved through the rock to reach the summit. At the top, enjoy panoramic views over the Bavarian Alps and Lake Königssee while learning about the site’s historical significance during the 1930s and 1940s. After returning down the mountain, explore the Obersalzberg bunker system part of the former underground complex connected to the Nazi leadership headquarters.
