You'll learn about Cusco's history, traditional shopping places and also classic and modern cooking techniques of peruvian flavor taught by a professional chef.
We will be, also, offering a Peruvian pisco taste in which you’ll be able to savor different flavors and identify the aromas of these wonderful cocktails.
We will enjoy and learn about a wide variety of potatoes and different kinds of root vegetables grown in this very Peruvian ground. Those ingredients, later on, will be employed in the preparation of the dishes adding a diversity in color, texture and form.
These unique culinary experience is available for everyone. We are prepared to adapt our service for every type of restriction or condition:

What to expect

Then, head to our restaurant for an immersive cooking class led by a local chef. Together, you’ll prepare a delicious five-course meal featuring native superfoods such as amaranth, quinoa, Andean algae, and more.
The experience includes a pisco tasting.
