    Inca Trail

    A day before the adventure, you will meet the group to meet and receive a briefing. Departure starts early with hotel pickup, then travel by minivan to Ollantaytambo train station in the Sacred Valley. We will board the 'Expedition' train and, after a tour of spectacular landscapes, we will reach kilometer 104, where the short Inca Trail begins. After registering, we will visit the archaeological site of Chachabamba. We will ascend tropical landscapes until we reach Wiñayhuayna, where we will enjoy a box lunch. We will continue to the Intipunku (Gate of the Sun), the point from where the panoramic view of Machu Picchu is seen. From there, tourists can descend on foot or by bus (not included) to Aguas Calientes, where we will rest at the hotel. We will finish the day with a dinner in the village, made with Peruvian ingredients, before retiring to rest for the next day.

    Aguas Calientes - Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo - Cusco

    Machu Picchu

    We will wake up very early to breakfast and ascend by bus to the Inca city of Machu Picchu (30 minutes journey). With our entrance ticket we will tour the Inca city of Machu Picchu through the established circuit that includes the visit of the main temples and precincts such as: the Temple of the Sun, the Main Temple, the Temple of 3 Windows, the Sacred Rock, the Temple of the Condor and more. Of course we will also have time to get the classic postcard photo in Machu Picchu. The circuit takes 2 hours or more. After Machu Picchu we will return by bus to Aguas Calientes. There we will have free time to have lunch (not included in the tour) and make the last purchases before returning to Cusco. At the scheduled time, we will board the ‘Expedition’ train to Ollantaytambo. From there a minivan will take us back to the city of Cusco.
