For centuries, the sacred Ayahuasca plant medicine has been used by indigenous communities for deep emotional and spiritual healing. This ancient practice guides participants toward clarity, inner peace, and connection with their true selves.
Many who experience an Ayahuasca ceremony describe it as life-changing — helping them heal past traumas, gain new perspectives, and discover a deeper sense of purpose.
Participating in an Ayahuasca retreat in the heart of the Amazon offers more than a ceremony; it is an opportunity to reconnect with nature, release negative patterns, and embark on a profound journey of self-discovery.
We can pick you up at your hotel if it is close to the city center. Otherwise, you will have to wait for the bus in the Regocijos square.

In the afternoon, we will visit the nearby river — an ideal spot to relax and connect with nature before preparing for the sacred Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening. Pre-Ayahuasca Ceremony Before the main ceremony, we meet with the shaman for guidance on the process. A short meditation helps clear the mind, release negative thoughts, and set clear intentions. Ayahuasca Ceremony - Begins at 7:00 p.m. - Guided by our shaman with the use of ícaros (sacred songs) to channel energy and deepen the connection with Mother Ayahuasca. - Duration: approximately 4 hours. After the ceremony, participants rest in their rooms.
After breakfast, we gather for a vision interpretation ceremony, where the shaman provides spiritual and symbolic guidance to help you understand the messages and insights revealed during your first Ayahuasca experience. Next, we head to the river for a traditional flowering bath — a sacred ritual with aromatic herbs and fresh flowers designed to cleanse your spirit, restore your energy, and seal the healing process. We then return to the lodge to enjoy a nourishing lunch and take time for rest and reflection. In the evening, you will participate in the second Ayahuasca ceremony. Before it begins, a guided meditation will help you center your mind and align your spirit, allowing you to approach the ceremony with clarity, peace, and openness.
The day begins with breakfast, followed by a final vision interpretation session led by the shaman, helping you integrate your experiences and wisdom into daily life. Later, we visit a Wildlife Rescue Center, where you’ll meet animals native to the Amazon that have been rescued and rehabilitated. This meaningful experience complements the spiritual aspect of the retreat. Afterward, a 20-minute boat ride along the Madre de Dios River takes us to the Coñec Canyon. Following our visit, we enjoy a traditional lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we begin the return trip to Cusco, passing through breathtaking Andean landscapes and cloud forests.
