    Cusco - Wildlife spotting - Amazon Rainforest

    Your pick-up will be at 5:30. After driving through some beautiful places, you will have breakfast and then continue driving a little farther to reach the gateway to the Amazon. From there, you will drive a bit more while looking for wildlife in the cloud forest, and then you will spend a few hours walking through it. you might see the cock-of-the-rocks (Peru's national bird), monkeys, quetzals, and many other species. After dark, you will arrive at your lodge and go on a night walk to discover some nocturnal species.

    Jungle Exploration - Hummingbird Sanctuary - Hidden Lake - Night Walk

    Imagine yourself walking through the jungle! you will explore some trails, enjoying nature in the morning while keeping an eye out for wildlife. Along the way, you will visit a beautiful hummingbird sanctuary, where you can watch these amazing birds from up close. After that, you will head to the port and take the boat to reach our lodge. After lunch and a bit of rest, you will make our way to a hidden lake in the middle of the jungle, where you will paddle in canoes while appreciating the rainforest and looking for wildlife. At night, you can also go on a night walk to look for nocturnal wildlife.

    Parrot Clay Lick - Learn Medicinal Plants - Archery Demostration - Sunset from the Boat

    Today you’ll need to make a little effort! you will wake up a bit early to visit a clay lick, where you can watch parrots and small macaws gathering along the river to eat the mineral-rich clay. After that, you will return to the lodge for breakfast. Later, you will explore the jungle trails, looking for wildlife while learning about medicinal plants used in the Amazon. After lunch, you will enjoy an archery demonstration before jumping on the boat for a relaxing ride to watch the sunset over the river. Afterwards, we will return to the lodge for dinner.

    Cloud Forest - Return to Cusco

    After breakfast, you will embark on your last boat ride to the port, where your private vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Cusco. On the way, we will make a few stops to use the restrooms, stretch our legs, and enjoy lunch. We will arrive back in Cusco at around 4:00 p.m., dropping you off at your hotel or the airport.
