From the market, head to the cooking studio for your hands-on Peruvian cooking class.This is a full-immersion experience where you cook everything yourself, guided by a local chef every step of the way.

Kick things off by shaking your own mojito cocktail. Then prepare a traditional Peruvian starter, either causa acevichada or ceviche, using fresh ingredients sourced that same morning at the market.
