Begin your journey by being picked up from your hotel and transferred to the farm, located only 20 minutes away from the historic center. Start your farm tour by learning about the ancient South American camelids, the process of domestication, and the species that the Incas developed. Discover the 2 varieties of alpacas and llamas, and their ancestors, such as huanacos and vicuñas. See the animals up close and snap photos of them. Be further immersed in local culture by seeing how native people practice weaving and the skills they use to produce textiles.
