Experience the impressive Incan architecture of the ancient fortress and temple at the archeological park of Sacsayhuaman. Our tour will go through the three levels of this magical place. Sacsayhuaman was a temple, made of mysteriously massive stones. Travelers will discover the hidden corners and remains of this sacred place. Afterwards, we continue to the Inca adoratory of Q’enqo, with its surprising altar for sacrifices embedded in the internal part of its rocky formation. Finally, we arrive at the Puca Pucará lookout and Tambomachay, a monument of notable architectonic excellence which is considered one of the pillars of the Andean cosmovision.     Sacsayhuaman

    We will get away from the crowds to visit Sacsayhuaman, an impressive citadel full of colossal fortress surrounded by beautiful landscapes in complete communion with nature. This citadel has three levels, take your time to discover the remains of the tower, and feel the sacred paths and stones.

    Q'enqo

    The Inca´s shrine of Qenqo has an awesome altar for sacrifices embedded in the side of the rock. It´s not accesible in this moment for covid reasons. Panoramic view of the top labyrinth.

    Puca Pucara, means in quechua language, the red fortress. The watchtower was a military site to defend the city of Cusco and Sacsayhuaman. On the past, it used by check point.
