Peruvian Paso horses descend from the Spanish horses introduced during the Spanish conquest and they developed a very particular gait due to their isolation in the mountains for 400 years. They are considered one of the most comfortable breeds to ride. You will visit the local Pumahuanca and Palcaraquicommunities on horseback, and then you will return to your hotel.
