Discover the Quelccaya Glacier, the largest tropical glacier in the world and one of the most impressive natural wonders of Peru. What's Included
Meeting and pickup
A staff will arrive in an identified tourist vehicle and call your name. Please wait ready in the lobby or at the main entrance 10 minutes before departure time. If your accommodation is outside the central area, you will be told a nearby meeting point.
If your hotel is outside the pickup area, this will be the meeting point. A team member will be in the square with visible identification and will call you by name or Whatsapp.

We will pick you up at 03:00 a.m. at Plazoleta Regocijo or hotels near the historic center, to start our trip to the village of Phinaya. Approximately 5 hours, you will take us through the most beautiful landscapes of the Andean highlands. Upon arrival in Phinaya we will have a delicious Andean breakfast.

Then we will continue on our transport about an hour to the foothills of the Quelccaya Glacier, from where we will start our hike (about 15 minutes) to reach the glacier, where we will appreciate the imposing landscape of suspended ice and snow-covered caves, a breathtaking view.

Return to Phinaya, where a delicious lunch typical of the area awaits us. Afterwards, we will board our transport again to start the return to Cusco, making a stop at the Sibinacocha lagoon, one of the largest and most beautiful in the Andean highlands.

We will conclude this unforgettable adventure with our return to the city of Cusco, with an estimated arrival time around 9:00 p.m.
