1Complejo Arqueologico Chinchero
You will visit the archaeological zone of Chinchero, accompanied by an expert guide who will take you to explore its main areas, such as the imposing Main Square, the fascinating farming platforms that show the ancestral agricultural techniques, and the religious zone, where you will find vestiges of temples and ceremonial structures that reflect the deep spirituality of the ancient inhabitants of the region.

2Chinchero
In the village of Chinchero we will visit the local home of a family from the textile community, where they teach the traditional art of weaving with natural dyes and share their knowledge about an ancestral script. Visitors can also interact with llamas and alpacas, feeding them and learning about their essential role in Andean culture

When you arrive at the Inca citadel, you will tour its majestic grounds accompanied by an expert guide, who will help you make the most of your visit. Then you will enjoy free time to explore on your own and discover at your own pace the magic and secrets of this extraordinary place. After the visit, you will take the bus back to the village of Machu Picchu, where you will have free time to explore and enjoy lunch (own expense). Then you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo, from where you will continue your journey to Cusco, where you will be dropped off at your hotel at the end of the day

After the Machupicchu tour, you will arrive at the Ollantaytambo train station at 16:45 pm, where our transport will be waiting for you and take you back to Cusco. The expected arrival time in Cusco will be 20:00 p.m.

- Tickets to Machu Picchu will be allocated subject to availability at the time of booking. The first option will be Circuit 2, so we recommend booking in advance. If exhausted, Circuit 1 or Circuit 3 will be assigned as the last option.

- IMPORTANT: The Machu Picchu authority requires the following data to issue the entry: full name, passport number, date of birth and nationality. When booking, please ensure that you provide this information correctly as it appears on your passport.
- As for the briefing, a representative of TREK & ADVENTURE MACHUPICCHU will contact you one day in advance to arrange the meeting in your hotel lobby, as previously agreed. During this meeting, you will receive a printed program with the detailed itinerary, in addition to the important tickets that are part of it.
- IMPORTANT: Machu Picchu's capacity is limited. Check-in takes turns, hourly, from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our tour is scheduled for shifts from 6:00 am to 10:00 am. If these turns are not available, TREK ADVENTURE MACHUPICCHU will immediately confirm the tour on the next available turn, guaranteeing your visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.
- If you plan to spend the night in Aguas Calientes (village of Machu Picchu), take only a small backpack with the essentials for your stay. You don’t need to carry all your luggage, as most hotels in Cusco offer free storage for your belongings while you travel. So you can move around in greater comfort and enjoy the experience better.
- What to wear? Sunglasses, hat and sunblock to protect you from the sun; comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for walking; mosquito repellent; a jacket for the cold and, in the rainy season (December to March), waterproof clothes. Also, a small backpack with what you need for the night, including some extra clothes.
