Embark on an authentic experience in the Andes. Walk with flames along an original stretch of the Inca Trail, collect dye plants and connect with nature, living culture and traditional gastronomy. When you arrive at the family compound, prepare for a special activity: the making of a Pachamanca, an Andean lunch cooked underground with hot stones. You will participate in their preparation together with other travelers, using local products such as meats, potatoes and beans. While lunch is cooking, we will explore the art of Andean textiles with an expert teacher. You will learn to prepare the wool, dye it with natural pigments and weave your own piece. All materials are included and you can take your creation as a souvenir. We close the experience with the tasting of Pachamanca, live Andean music and dancing. An authentic celebration of Andean culture.
