Please wait at the main entrance of your hotel within Cusco’s Historic Center 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your driver will arrive in a tourist vehicle and will provide your name or reservation details for identification.

If your hotel is located on a street that is not accessible to vehicles, we will arrange a nearby meeting point and provide clear instructions in advance.
