Day 1
Cusco - Manu National Park

Cusco
We will leave Cusco early in the morning. We’ll travel to Paucartambo. Here we’ll have breakfast. The journey will continue. We’ll have the first view of the Andean lands becoming the Amazonian lands. From there, we’ll descend to the cloud forest. We’ll have a second stop to try to spot the cock of the rock, the Peru’s national bird. Our expert guide will take us on this unforgettable experience. During our stop, we may also see other animals like Capuchin monkeys.

Paucartambo
Our journey will continue as we finally reach the jungle itself. We will arrive at Atalaya by noon, where we'll have lunch. Afterward, we'll have the chance to observe the local flora and fauna, all while admiring the forest surrounds us.

We will arrive at the TREEHOUSE INN. There, you can settle in and enjoy the surroundings. TREEHOUSE INN will be our lodge for our 3 days manu Tour. By night we’ll have dinner. After we enjoy our meal, we’ll have a night jungle tour. We may encounter caimans, frogs and more. Nature will have us at its mercy, so wildlife will be a gift and a surprise

Day 2
Macaw Clay Licks and Jungle Adventures

We’ll begin our second day early, ready to embark on another day of adventure. After a short walk, we’ll start our first activity: a visit to the Macaw Clay Licks. Here, we’ll be greeted by the vibrant sights and sounds of macaws, parrots, and other exotic birds as they gather on the clay walls. The parrot clay licks offer an unforgettable experience, with hundreds of colorful birds soaring above and around you—a must-see for bird enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Following this spectacle, we’ll return to the lodge for a well-deserved breakfast. Our day continues with a guided jungle walk, where we’ll delve deeper into the heart of the Manu Amazon. As we trek through the forest, there’s a chance we might encounter sloths, tapirs, and anteaters, among other wildlife. This hike, lasting approximately two and a half hours, will also include insights from our expert guide into the medicinal plants found along the way.

After our jungle walk, we’ll return to the TREEHOUSE INN for lunch. The afternoon offers a peaceful break to relax, reflect on the wildlife encounters, or simply lose yourself in the serenity of the rainforest. As dusk falls, we’ll embark on a night walk around Caiman Lake, immersing ourselves in the mysterious world of the jungle at night. With luck, we might spot owls, snakes, and even nocturnal monkeys, rounding off the day’s adventures. We’ll return to the TREEHOUSE INN to enjoy a delicious dinner before settling in for a restful night’s sleep.

Day 3
Return to Cusco

After enjoying breakfast, we’ll bid farewell to the TREEHOUSE INN and begin our journey back. We’ll have a scenic route back to Atalaya, taking in the last glimpses of the surrounding jungle.

Paucartambo
Then we'll drive back to Cusco. As we traverse through the diverse landscapes, you’ll have time to reflect on the incredible experiences from our time in Manu.

We anticipate arriving in Cusco around 6:00 pm, where our service will ensure your seamless transfer to your hotel in the city historic center, providing a comfortable conclusion to your adventure.
