Please provide your hotel details either directly through our WhatsApp or in your original booking information. This will help us organize your pick-up location and confirm the exact pick-up time in advance.
Once you arrive in Cusco, our team will visit you at your hotel to provide a briefing about the tour and hand over all the tickets you will need.
Pick-up Information:
Our team will pick you up directly from your hotel between 4:00 AM and 4:30 AM. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed in advance, so please make sure to have your hotel information updated.
Return to Cusco – Train Information:
If you booked the tour with the included package and standard price, your return train will be at 9:30 PM
Please keep in mind that the journey takes approximately 2 hours by train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, followed by another 2 hours by minivan from Ollantaytambo to Cusco. Your estimated arrival in Cusco will be between **1:00 AM and 1:30 AM**, with drop-off near the main square.
If you prefer an earlier train departure or would like to upgrade to a different train schedule, we also offer other options at an additional cost.

1Machupicchu cusco
Your adventure begins early in the morning, so we recommend getting a good night’s rest the day before. Our driver will pick you up between 3:30 AM and 4:00 AM from your accommodation in Cusco (exact timing may vary based on train availability). We will take a comfortable bus ride through the Sacred Valley to Ollantaytambo, a charming town surrounded by impressive Andean landscapes. the entrance ticket to Machu Picchu is included and guaranteed if booked at least two months in advance; otherwise, we offer alternative options like securing a physical ticket in Aguas Calientes.

2Ollantaytambo
At Ollantaytambo Train Station, you will board a picturesque train ride to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town). This 1.5-hour journey offers stunning views of the Urubamba River, lush cloud forests, and towering mountains. A a perfect introduction to the magical experience ahead.

When you're ready, take the 9:30 PM train back to Ollantaytambo (included in your package). Once you arrive, our team will take you by minivan back to Cusco, arriving at approximately 10:00 PM. You'll be dropped off 3 blocks from the main square. Train Upgrade Options: If you prefer to return earlier, we also offer other train departure times at an additional cost.
