Day 2
SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS AND OLLANTAYTAMBO FORTRESS

Sacred Valley of the Incas
This morning at 8 am we travel by private bus to one of the most famous natural and archaeological attractions in Cusco, the Sacred Valley tour of the Incas. After a 32 kilometers driving the bus we arrive at the colourful Andean market of Pisac. First we visit the Inca ruins located on the Urubamba mountain range and then we will have enough time to explore the tipical market at Pisaq.

Archaeological Park Ollantaytambo
After an enjoyable lunch in the local restaurant we will continue 45 kilometers along the Sacred Valley tour to the matchless Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. After having explored this amazing incan edifice, we shall take you back to your hotel located in Ollantaytambo.

Day 3
MACHU PICCHU CITADEL

Machu Picchu
After your morning breakfast in your hotel, we shall depart by taking you to the trainstation in direction of Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival to the Machu Picchu citadel, we shall guide you around the ruins for approximately 3 hours. You will then have 3 extra hours to explore this ancient noble city by yourself. We also advise you to hike up to the Huaynapicchu mountain for the bravest of the lot, as you have a better perspective of the citadel and an incredible view of the rest of the moutain range. However, if you want to climb the Huaynapicchu mountain, you must tell us when you order your booking to this tour, because we have to buy a seperate ticket that shall give you access to the entrance of the Huaynapicchu. After exploring by yourself we shall meet at a strategical hotspot and take the bus down to Aguas Calientes for lunch. The overnight stay will be in Aguas Calientes aswell.

Day 4
MACHU PICCHU EXTRAS AND BACK TO CUSCO

Machu Picchu
This day is free for individual exploration of Machu Picchu or any other optional treks to Inti Puncu, the Sun Gate, Machu Picchu mountain or Huaynapicchu mountain. Again if you would like to hike up any of those sacred mountains, you have to mention it to use upon booking this tour as we need to purchase the tickets in advance. In the afternoon we will return by train to Cusco. We shall then transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
