    Sacred Valley Connection | Train to Machu Picchu Pueblo

    Sacred Valley of the Incas

    We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco and start the tour to the Super Sacred Valley. The first stop is Chinchero, a traditional Andean village known for its Inca archaeological site and local textile workshops. Then, we’ll visit Moray, an impressive site of circular agricultural terraces believed to have functioned as an Inca agricultural laboratory. Next, we continue to the Maras Salt Mines, a stunning landscape of more than 3,000 salt pools still used by local families.

    Aguas Calientes

    After a buffet lunch in Urubamba, we will head to Ollantaytambo, a living Inca town where you’ll explore its ceremonial fortress. At the end of the visit, you'll board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu Town). Upon arrival, we will take you to your hotel and have a briefing with the guide to coordinate the visit to Machu Picchu on the following day.

    Machu Picchu - Cusco

    Machu Picchu

    After breakfast at the hotel in Aguas Calientes, you will take the bus up to the entrance of Machu Picchu. You’ll enjoy a guided tour of approximately 2 hours through the main sectors of the Inca citadel, learning about its history, architecture, and significance. At the end of the visit, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch and free time to explore the town or visit the artisan market. Later, you’ll board the train back to Ollantaytambo, where a tourist vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Cusco, ending the tour.
