Upon arrival at Cusco’s Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport, the staff will meet you with a sign and transfer you in a private tourist vehicle to your hotel in the historic center. The morning is free for rest and acclimatization. We recommend taking it easy, drinking coca tea, or enjoying a light lunch on your own.
In the afternoon, meet at the Plaza de Armas at 12:50 p.m. to begin the Cusco City Tour. The first stop is the Qoricancha Temple, one of the most sacred sites of the Inca Empire. We then continue by tourist transport to the archaeological complexes of Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay, where the guide will explain their history, ceremonial functions, and impressive Inca architecture. The tour concludes around 6:00–6:30 p.m., with drop-off near the city center (Plaza Regocijo), just a short walk from your hotel.
Morning pickup from your hotel (7:00–8:00 a.m.) to begin the Sacred Valley tour. Visit the Pisac archaeological site, exploring its terraces, temples, and panoramic viewpoints. Continue through scenic Andean landscapes to Urubamba for a buffet lunch. In the afternoon, tour the Ollantaytambo Fortress, an important Inca ceremonial and military complex. After the visit, walk to the station to board the tourist train to Aguas Calientes (1h 45min), enjoying one of Peru’s most scenic routes. On arrival, you’ll be met at the station and taken to your hotel. In the evening, your guide will provide a briefing for the Machu Picchu visit on the following day.
Start the day with breakfast at your hotel in Aguas Calientes before heading to the bus station to board the Consettur bus to Machu Picchu (25-minute ride). Upon arrival, enter the Machu Picchu Citadel by showing your tickets and ID. Enjoy a 2-hour guided tour, exploring the main temples, terraces, and viewpoints along the designated one-way circuit. After the visit, take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes, where you will have free time for lunch (optional), shopping, or visiting the local hot springs. In the afternoon, board the tourist train back to Ollantaytambo (approx. 1h 45min), enjoying scenic views of the Urubamba Valley. Upon arrival, a representative will meet you and transfer you by tourist vehicle back to Cusco. The day ends with your arrival near the historic center of Cusco, after experiencing one of the world’s most iconic archaeological wonders—Machu Picchu.
Morning pickup from your hotel in Cusco between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Travel through beautiful high Andean landscapes, passing traditional villages and agricultural fields of corn, quinoa, and potatoes. The first visit is to Moray, an impressive archaeological site featuring large circular terraces built within natural depressions. These concentric platforms are believed to have been an Inca agricultural laboratory, creating different microclimates for crop experimentation. Next, continue to the Maras Salt Mines, a stunning complex of more than 3,000 salt pools dating back to pre-Inca times. Fed by a natural underground spring, the pools produce high-quality pink salt through evaporation. After exploring the area, begin the return journey to Cusco, arriving around 2:30–3:00 p.m. The tour ends near the Historic Center.
Early morning pickup from your hotel in Cusco between 4:00 and 5:00 a.m. Travel south along the Cusco–Checacupe–Pitumarca route. After about 2.5 hours, stop in Tintinco for a buffet breakfast to prepare for the high-altitude hike. Continue by road for another hour to Phulawasipata, the starting point of the trek. Begin a 2-hour hike (moderate difficulty) toward Vinicunca, also known as Rainbow Mountain or the Mountain of Seven Colors. Arrive around 10:30 a.m. and enjoy time to rest, take photos, and admire the vibrant landscape. Weather permitting, you may also see the majestic Ausangate Glacier in the distance. Descend along the same trail back to the transport and return to Tintinco for a well-deserved Andean buffet lunch. After a short rest, drive back to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 p.m., with drop-off near the Historic Center. A challenging but unforgettable experience in one of Peru’s most iconic natural wonders.
Early pickup (4:00–5:00 a.m.) and drive to Mollepata for a warm Andean breakfast. Continue to Soraypampa, the starting point of the hike. Begin a 2-hour uphill trek (approx. 3 km) to reach the stunning Humantay Lake, a turquoise lagoon surrounded by glaciers and high Andean peaks. Enjoy free time for photos and rest before descending the same route back to Soraypampa. Return to Mollepata for an Andean buffet lunch, then drive back to Cusco, arriving around 6:00 p.m. Drop-off near the Historic Center.
