    Experience a private full-day adventure to Rainbow Mountain with convenient pick-up from Ollantaytambo or Urubamba. Your journey begins with a scenic drive through the Andes to Cusipata, where you will enjoy breakfast before continuing to the trailhead. From there, start a guided hike through beautiful high-altitude landscapes surrounded by alpacas, llamas, and views of the Vilcanota mountain range. At the summit (5,200 meters above sea level), you will have time to take photos and admire the colorful mineral layers of the mountain. On clear days, you may also see Ausangate, the highest peak in the region. After the hike, return to Cusipata for lunch before heading back to Ollantaytambo or Urubamba, ending at the same location as the pick-up.
