Meeting and pickup
Passengers are picked up directly from their hotel, upon prior coordination with the operator, to ensure comfort and punctuality at the start of their tour. The pick-up time is informed during their briefing one day before, and on the day of the tour they will receive a confirmation call 30 minutes prior to pick-up. This service guarantees they can begin their travel experience smoothly and safely.
If passengers choose not to be picked up from their hotel, they may join the tour by meeting at Plaza Regocijo in Cusco. The meeting time is 15 minutes before the scheduled departure, allowing for check-in and coordination with the tour guide before starting the experience.

1Quelccaya Ice Cap
The Quelccaya Glacier Tour is an unforgettable experience that allows you to explore the world's largest tropical glacier, located in the Vilcanota Mountain Range, where you can admire, vicuñas. This full-day tour from Cusco will take you to explore Andean landscapes, breathe fresh mountain air, and connect with the spiritual energy of the Apus. The day begins early with pickup from your hotel and a trip to Cusipata, where you will enjoy a hearty breakfast. From there, the journey continues to phinaya (4,800 m), the starting point for the approximately half and hour hike. Upon arriving to Quelccaya (5200 masl), you will be amazed by imposing glaciers. You will have free time to contemplate the place, take pictures, and absorb the tranquility of this sacred site then we go back for a Local lunch before returning to Cusco in the afternoon. Afterward, we'll stop at the magical Sibinacocha Lagoon, one of the largest and arrival in Cusco at approximately 9:00 PM.
