Door-to-door pickup service is available for all hotels, hostels, and Airbnbs located within Cusco's historic center. Please provide the name and address of your accommodation when booking. Your guide or driver will meet you directly in the lobby (reception). If your accommodation is located on a pedestrian-only street, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point just a few steps away to ensure a smooth and hassle-free departure.
