What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meeting Point: Please meet at Werkstättenstraße 22 five minutes before the workshop starts. I will meet you there and walk with you to the function room in my apartment. From the city center, take Bus 3 to the stop Werkstättenstraße.
What to expect
In the function room, your host will welcome you and share the fascinating history of the Mozartkugel – Austria’s iconic chocolate-marzipan creation. You’ll learn about the high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques used to make them.
Hands-On Chocolate Making
Step by step, you’ll shape the marzipan and pistachio filling, cover it with a smooth layer of nougat, and dip it into rich, melted chocolate. Your host will demonstrate each stage and help you create your Mozartkugeln.
Wrapping & Finishing Touches
Once your chocolates have cooled, you’ll wrap them in shiny foil, just like in traditional confectionery shops. At the end of the session, you’ll take home your own handmade Mozartkugeln as a delicious souvenir from Salzburg.
