Pickup details:

Guests will be picked up directly from their hotel in Cusco (Historic Center). Our professional driver will arrive at the scheduled time and will identify himself by asking for the lead traveler’s name. For airport or station-related services, the driver will wait at the arrival area holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name or the Sayariq Travel logo.

  • Machu Picchu (Pass by)

    This full-day tour starts with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Cusco around 3:30 a.m., followed by a scenic drive through the Sacred Valley to Ollantaytambo. There, you will board the 06:10 a.m. train to Aguas Calientes, arriving at approximately 07:50 a.m., where your professional guide will be waiting. You will then take a 30-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu, enjoying a 2-hour guided tour of its most iconic sites, including the Temple of the Sun, Intihuatana, and the Temple of the Three Windows. Afterward, enjoy 3–4 hours of free time to explore, take photos, or visit Aguas Calientes. In the afternoon, return by train to Ollantaytambo and continue by private transport back to Cusco. Note: Minimum 2 passengers required.

  • Aguas Calientes (Pass by)

    Tickets to Machu Picchu often sell out months in advance through the official online system. A limited number of tickets may also be available for in-person purchase in Aguas Calientes the day before the visit, subject to availability. If online tickets are unavailable, travelers must arrive early in Aguas Calientes with their original passport. During high season, additional overnight stays may be required.
