If your transfer is from your hotel to the airport or another destination, we will pick you up directly at the hotel reception at the previously coordinated time, identifying ourselves with your name to ensure a smooth, safe, and hassle-free meeting.
We kindly recommend keeping your phone available upon arrival or pickup time to facilitate any necessary coordination.
What to expect
1. Booking Confirmation:
Once your reservation is completed, our team will send a confirmation with the service details. We will request your flight information (airline, flight number, and arrival/departure time) and your hotel name in Cusco.
2. Flight Monitoring:
We monitor your flight in real time to coordinate your pickup accurately, even in case of delays or schedule changes.
3. Airport Pickup (Arrival Service):
Upon arrival at Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco, our driver will be waiting in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name or the Sayariq Travel logo.
You will receive assistance with your luggage and be escorted to your assigned vehicle.
4. Transfer to Your Hotel:
Transportation is provided in a modern, authorized tourist vehicle with a professional driver. The journey from the airport to your hotel in Cusco takes approximately 15–25 minutes, depending on traffic and location.
5. Departure Transfer Coordination:
One day before your return flight, we will reconfirm your pickup time from the hotel. We recommend leaving at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights.
6. Hotel Pickup (Departure Service):
The driver will arrive punctually at your hotel reception. You will receive assistance with your luggage and direct transportation to the airport.
7. Arrival at the Airport:
