PAWKARMAYTA, a pioneer of Peruvian electronic music, is a visionary artist from Cusco who blends ancestral Andean sounds with contemporary rhythms.
In this unique culinary and cultural experience, he brings his passion for roots, preparing, and sharing food. He honors local ingredients, ancestral cooking methods, and the rhythms of community.

Pickup details:

We will pick you up directly from your hotel or Airbnb in our red Jeep Renegade. Please be ready a few minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your guide will be waiting at the reception or outside your accommodation holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.

What to expect

Join us for a hands-on cultural and culinary experience in the heart of Peru’s Sacred Valley.

We’ll begin by picking you up from your accommodation and heading to a vibrant local market. There, you’ll meet caseros (farmers and vendors), learn about native ingredients, and select the freshest produce for your dish.

Next, we’ll travel to our home in Arín, a peaceful village surrounded by mountains and waterfalls.

You’ll choose one or two traditional Peruvian dish to prepare from the following options:

Ceviche
Papa a la Huancaína
Ají de Gallina
Tamales
Causa Limeña

We’ll cook together using local ingredients and traditional techniques while sharing stories about Andean culture, conscious eating, and the connection between food, nature, and music.

After cooking, we’ll enjoy the meal together, surrounded by stunning mountain views. You’ll receive the recipe to take home a beautiful memory of the Sacred Valley.

Finally, we’ll drive you back to your accommodation.
