Ausangate’s 7 Lakes tour offers an authentic and well-organized experience, combining high mountain landscapes, vivid Andean culture and personalized attention. We start the tour from the Pacchanta community, where you will enjoy a local breakfast before the hike, and we do the trekking at a moderate pace, with enough time to enjoy each lagoon and take pictures without rush.
In addition, the tour includes the possibility of relaxing in the hot springs of Pacchanta, surrounded by snow-capped mountains, and ends with a local lunch, providing a complete experience from the beginning to the return to Cusco. The entire tour is carried out with trained local guides, focused on safety, knowledge of the environment and a close and responsible experience.

Pick-up is only at hotels located near the Plaza de Armas in Cusco.

After pickup in the historic center of Cusco, we head towards the Andean community of Pacchanta, in an approximate 3 hour journey, crossing rural and mountainous landscapes of the south of the region. Pacchanta is the starting point of the Ausangate 7 Lagoons circuit, where we will also enjoy a hot breakfast prepared by local people.
From Pacchanta we started the walk to the 7 Lagoons of Ausangate, lasting approximately 3 to 4 hours in total, at a moderate pace and with stops for rest and photographs. During the tour we will visit the main lagoons of the circuit: Otorongo Macho, Otorongo Female, Puca Cocha, Alqa Cocha, Qomer Cocha, Patacocha and Blue Cocha, each with unique tones. Along the way it will be possible to observe llamas, alpacas and high Andean birds, as well as enjoy panoramic views of the snowy Ausangate, glaciers and the extensive landscapes of the Andean puna.
At the end of the hike, travelers will have free time to relax in the hot springs of Pacchanta, known for its relaxing properties and natural surroundings surrounded by snow-capped mountains. (Optional entry – not included)
Return to the community of Pacchanta to enjoy a basic buffet lunch, made with local products.
After lunch, start the return trip to the city of Cusco. Approximate arrival will be between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m., leaving them near the Plaza de Armas in Cusco.
